What Does it Cost to Properly Discharge a Septic Truck into the City of Cumming Advanced Water Reclamation Facility for Treatment? The City charges $0.15 per gallon and a typical septic truck carries 2000-gallons. A typical septic hauler pays the City $300.00 to discharge into the Advanced Water Reclamation Facility. This facility is located at 4605 Bethelview Road in Cumming. Please call (770) 781-2008 for more information. All waste haulers must obtain a permit to discharge from the Pretreatment Coordinator.
