Upcoming 2007 Events

Our next clean-up event will be held on SATURDAY SEPTEMBER 15, 2007 and will include the clean-up of Lake Alice (off Buford Dam Road) and Little Ridge Creek. The event will begin AT 8:00 am and will conclude at 12:00 noon. A light lunch will be provided for all volunteers. Past Events - 2006

On October 15, 2006, the City sponsored the clean-up of Sawnee Creek, from just off Pilgrim Mill Road to its confluence with Lake Lanier. A dump truck was filled with debris which totaled almost 1 ton of waste and 7 old tires! Way to go stream cleanin’ team!
